Planetary Gravity Mixer adopts revolution/rotation movement, stirring inside the non-contact container with near 400G centrifugal gravities. When the materials are revolving in the material up, with the centrifugal force, it will separate bubbles by the proportion of separatist movement in the vector direction and the boost up generated by the material weight; meanwhile, when the materials are rotating in the material cup, with the effect of centrifugal force vector synthesis formed with the rotation of materials cup, a mixing dispersion effect will be produced by the friction between the shear force that generated by materials and cup wall and material’s internal molecular and finally realize deaerating and mixing.
Technical features:

Please read this manual carefully before the equipment is put into use.
1.Sample’s weight
Maximum weight refers to the total weight including the weight of container or accessories.
2.Sample’s volume
Make sure the materials in the material cup will not spontaneous overflow in the equipment (tilt 45°) otherwise the equipment system will be easily damaged.
3.Cleansing of the material cup
Please use alcohol or special solvents to clean the material cup (especially the thread and external wall of the material cup) after the mixing, otherwise the residual mixture will gradually slide to the bearing of the material cup and easily damage the equipment system.
4.Motion balance
Be sure to use the samples with the same or similar weight. System’s load change is depending on the type of the sample. Control the balance of the sample that is used for the first time before treatment.
5.System adjustment
The electrical components inside the system have been calibrated. Non-professionals shall not free to change or set;
6.System setup
Make sure you have read “Chapter 4” when you use this system. Open and setup.
7.Head cover
?When open the head cover, do not operate the system;
?Do not place any objects on the head cover in running;
?Make sure the power is off. Do not open the head cover unless the power input is cut off.
8.Open head cover
Do not operate when the head cover is open because the inner system is made of high-speed driver and high-voltage components.
9.Flammable and combustible sample
The equipment has not been through explosion verification. Do not use any flammable (explosive) materials.
10.Chemical resistance of the container
Please check the chemical resistance of the container before using the system.
11.Equipment improvement
Do not make any improvements on the system.
12.Mobile system during the operation
Do not shake or move the equipment when the system is running.
13.In case the hands are wet
Do not operate the system when the hands are wet, otherwise there is a risk of electric shock.
14.Operation training
System’s operator and maintainer cannot operate the system unless they have been trained and read the manual carefully. Un-occupational person is prohibited to operate to avoid equipment and personnel damage;
15.Parameter convention of the system function
Function parameters of the system have been calibrated. Non-professionals shall not free to change or set;
16.Running time
In order to ensure equipment’s thermal dissipation balance, do not exceed the following defined equipment working hour and its interval limit:
?Rated continuous working time: 900S;
?Rated interval time: 0.5H.
17.Maintenance agreement
Equipment has been processed with necessary anti-looseness effect before the delivery. For safety’s sake, check friction components and tightening screws after the whole equipment has been running for 72 hours. If there is severely worn or loosen, please timely replace or tighten the components to prevent accidents.
18.Check the drive belt
The drive belt shall be carried out with routine examination after normally used for 3 months. When the belt is badly worn, replace with a new one. The maximum using time is 12 months.
19.Unpacking agreement
Non-maintenance personnel are prohibited to open the electric control cabinet in order to avoid electric shock when the equipment is running;

1.Before manually opening the cover to clean the device, please indeed remove the power plug;
2.Clean the device inside pipeline and valve component;
3.Check the inlet valve operating condition, and immediately replace if necessary;
4.Refill the principal axis lubricating oil;
5.Refill or replace the principal axis lubricating oil;
6.Check the main motor driving belt loosening and aging condition;
7.Wipe the shell by the cloth dipped with soft detergent (such as washing-up liquid), but do not make any water getting inside the device;
8.Do not use wire brush to clean the device;
9.Please do not use the bad detergent or chemical solvent with corrosivity or volatility to clean the device body, to avoid damaging the device;
10.Please remove the power plug when not using the device;
11.Please do not share the socket with other electric appliance of large power consumption, to avoid causing the circuit overload, and causing fire disaster;
12.Check the component consumption and potential damage condition of the device, as well as the fixing condition of each component;
13.Check whether the bearing could flexibly rotate, and refill the bearing dedicated lubricating oil if necessary;
14.Check whether the driving belt is aged or slips, and replace if necessary, to ensure the mixing result.
?There shall be 1% of regional difference between upper and lower limit of vacuum degree to ensure the sensor has enough reactive bandwidth;
?When setting upper limit P1 and lower limit P2 of vacuum degree, do not inverse (please refer to User’s Manual);
?Too high vacuum degree will gasify the solvents of your mixing materials. Please set proper upper limit of vacuum degree to make more reasonable proportion of mixing materials and to extend the life of the equipment;
?When vacuum degree is not reasonable, extremely small “bubble” will appear inside after mixing the material. This is mixture vaporization phenomenon caused by too high vacuum degree. These small bubbles will be gradually absorbed again by the materials after a certain time in a conventional environment;
?The vacuum degree parameter values required by reasonable control can discharge the bubbles in the air without vaporizing the internal materials but can help you achieve excellent material properties.
During the operation, put multi-component materials in the right material barrel. After selecting the parameter and starting the equipment, through VTR (vacuum, thin film and rotation) principle and near 800G centrifugal gravities, the system will successively remove the bubbles inside the materials relying on the high proportion difference between material and bubble and cooperating with high vacuum degree environment.
Variable frequency speed control system cooperating with high-intellectualized automatic feed valve can effectively suit for the more demanding materials with different viscosity properties on the separation bubble by the adaptive adjustment of VTR. Improve the revolution speed to increase discharge capacity, to decrease the open coverage percentage of feed valve and to improve bubble separation ability of high-viscosity materials. Adjust to the best working parameter to achieve a more efficient and better deaerating effect.

1、Viscosity confirmation
Materials’ maximum viscosity should be within equipment’s’ allowance range.
2、Vacuum supply
Client should be better to provide a vacuum source environment (which can be also supplied by Sinomix, please contact with your sales person), whose vacuum capability shall be less than 6KPa.
3、Long-term running
Please confirm that whether your purchased equipment is equipped with spindle temperature control system and automatic flash overflow system (which are required to buy separately), or unstable operating status may be caused due to over 4h continuous running (some changes according to material’s viscosity).
4、Equipment’s cleanup
Please use ethyl alcohol or specified solvent to thoroughly cleanse the whole inner equipment (especially grind pipeline valve), or the residuals may gradually cause equipment operating system to be abnormal.
